Imagine you have two maps. The Blue Map (of Doing Right) is a beautiful road, well-lit, safe, that takes you to an amazing amusement park (Life). To walk on it, you have to follow the rules and be truthful. The Red Map (of Foolishness) looks like a quick shortcut, but it's full of holes, thorns, and ends in a dangerous cliff (Sadness).
The Bible says that every day we choose which road to walk. When you lie or disobey, you've hopped onto the red road. When you tell the truth and obey, you're back on the blue road.
