Wisdom Pill · For the grown-ups to read with the kids

The Wise Ear

Day 1 · February · Proverbs 1:33

Today's verse

“Whoever has ears to hear and obeys lives protected and happy, without fear of anything!”

Proverbs 1:33 · NIV

The Story

When we get in the car, Dad says: "Buckle up!" Sometimes it's a bit tight, a little uncomfortable, right? But whoever listens to Dad and buckles up travels safely. If the car brakes suddenly, you don't get hurt. Whoever doesn't listen and stays unbuckled is in danger.

God's Wisdom is our "Seatbelt" for life. When God says "don't lie" or "obey," He's telling us to buckle up. Whoever listens stays protected from harm and can travel in peace!

Today's Challenge

Today we're going to practice the "Wise Ear"!

The game is: whoever obeys Dad or Mom's command the first time they say it wins a point. You have to listen and do it fast!

Who's going to stay the safest and win the most points today?
