Invisible Helper

Day 12 · April · Proverbs 12:9

Today's Verse

“Better to be a nobody and yet have a servant than pretend to be somebody and have no food.”

Proverbs 12:9 · NIV

The Story

Imagine two boys at school. The first one spends all his time telling everyone he's the best in the class, that he knows everything, that he's super smart. But when test time comes, he didn't study because he was too busy bragging about how good he is. Result: a low grade and an empty plate of results.

The second boy doesn't brag at all. He just studies, does his homework, helps his friends when they ask, without shouting about it. When test time comes, his grade speaks for itself.

The Bible says today that real results are worth more than appearance with nothing behind it. The Jesus we love was like that: being God, he chose to wash his friends' feet. He didn't need to prove anything to anyone, and that's exactly what made him the greatest of all.

The Invisible Helper doesn't need a spotlight. What they do speaks louder than any shout!

Today's Challenge

Humble Heart!

The most powerful ninja is the one nobody sees coming. And the results of their work surprise everyone!

Family Prayer

Lord Jesus, You, being God, chose to be a servant. Give our family a humble heart that prefers building to showing off, and the wisdom to know that real results speak louder than any words. Amen.
