Joseph had a really simple plan: grow up with his family, take care of the sheep, be happy with the people he loved. But his brothers didn't like him very much and did something really wrong: they sold him as a slave!
Joseph ended up in Egypt, far from everything. That wasn't his plan. It seemed like everything had gone wrong. But you know what happened? God had a MUCH bigger plan. Years later, Joseph became the second most important man in Egypt, and he managed to save his whole family from a terrible famine. Even the brothers who had done that awful thing to him!
When Joseph found his brothers, he said something amazing: "You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good!" (Genesis 50:20)
Sometimes, when our plans change or get hard, it seems like everything went wrong. But God is the greatest detective in history: he sees what we can't see yet. And his plan always turns out better than we imagine!
When your plan changes, don't lose heart. God has a bigger plan that you can't see yet!
