Have you ever tried building a tower of blocks where some don't quite fit? It stands for a little while, but any tiny breeze knocks it down! When we lie, even a really small lie, it's like putting a crooked block in the tower. Then you need to add another lie to cover the first one, and another, until the whole tower falls.
When you tell the truth, the blocks fit together perfectly. The tower stays strong. People trust you. And when you speak, everyone listens! And you know Who is the sturdiest block of all? Jesus! He said: 'I am the Truth', so when we walk with Him, the tower never falls!
