Imagine two boys: one was born into a rich family, but he just makes messes, doesn't take care of anything, and doesn't care about anything. The other has a lot less, but he's hardworking, careful, and takes really good care of things.
Who do you think goes far? The second one! Because what makes us grow isn't where we came from: it's who we choose to be.
The Bible tells this with a very different story: a servant who was wise and faithful ended up being more important than the master's own son, who wasted everything. God doesn't look at a golden birth. He looks at the heart and how you take care of what you're given, even if it's just a little.
And the biggest surprise of all? Jesus was the King of everything, the Son of God, but He chose to become a servant to take care of us. And because of that, we became children of God!
It doesn't matter where you came from. What matters is being faithful with what you have today.
