Imagine you made plans with a friend to play after school. Then he says he'll come, but he goes to play video games with someone else without telling you. The next day he promises again. And the day after that, he does the same thing.
Even if he's the most popular kid in class, with the coolest shoes and the newest phone, would you still trust him? Probably not.
Now imagine another friend. He doesn't have anything special like that. But every time he promises, he keeps it. Every time he speaks, it's true. Every time you need him, he's there.
Do you know who has the most important name in the whole universe? Jesus! Even before He was born into the world, God promised He would send someone to save people. And He kept every detail of that promise, every single one. That's why the Bible calls Jesus “Faithful and True.”
The faithful friend is worth more than the rich friend who doesn't keep his promises!
