The Story

Why do you think the coolest things stay hidden? Treasure gets buried, stars only come out at night, and we have to search to find them.

God hid wonderful things in the world on purpose, so we could have the joy of discovering them. That's why asking questions, studying, and investigating are so good: it's a treasure hunt God prepared just for you.

And the greatest hidden treasure of all is knowing Jesus. Whoever searches for Him always finds Him.

God hides the treasures so you can have the joy of searching.

Today's Challenge

Today's challenge is the “Treasure Hunter”!

1Today, ask three good questions (to your dad, mom, teacher, or about the world) and try to discover something new you didn't know.
2And also ask something about Jesus, the greatest hidden treasure of all.
3At the end of the day, share: what hidden treasure did you discover today? Whoever does it is today's Treasure Hunter!

Family Prayer

Lord,thank You for hiding so many beautiful things in the world for us to discover. Give our family curiosity to learn, humility before what we don't understand, and hunger to seek the greatest treasure of all, who is Jesus. In Jesus' name, amen.
