Have you ever felt sad or angry when you got in trouble or were corrected by your parents? It's normal not to like it in the moment. But think about this: when mom tells you not to touch the outlet or not to run into the street, and sometimes even scolds you, is it because she doesn't like you? It's the opposite! It's because she loves you so much that she doesn't want you to get hurt.
Whoever doesn't correct a child is someone who doesn't care about them. The Bible says God is like that with us: a Father who corrects us because he truly loves us and wants what's best for us.
So, when you're corrected by someone who loves you, instead of getting angry or too sad, try to think: what can I learn from this to become better? Even Jesus, when things got hard, trusted the Father's plan.
Whoever corrects you with love is taking care of you, not fighting with you.
