Do you remember when you were learning to ride a bike? At first you fall, your knee hurts, it's scary, and it seems impossible. But whoever doesn't give up is soon pedaling alone and doesn't want to stop!
Wisdom is just the same. When mom asks you to clean your room, it feels boring. When dad tells you to do your homework before playing, you feel lazy. But the Bible says that whoever keeps doing what's right eventually starts to feel pleasure in it!
When you finish brushing your teeth and feel how clean they are, isn't that nice? When your room is tidy and there's space to play, doesn't that make you happy? That's wisdom giving pleasure!
Today's obligation becomes tomorrow's joy. Just keep going!
