The lion isn't the biggest or the fastest. But no one doubts its power.
The difference? It doesn't retreat — because it knows who it is.
Retreating is a pattern of identity: it says other people's opinions matter more than
your own sense of who you are. The lion doesn't make that trade.
When identity is founded in God — in values and purpose — no hostile look
has the power to make you retreat.

A Lion's Step
Where are you retreating out of fear of what others think? Take a step forward today — with the calm confidence of someone who knows who they are. The lion doesn't rush. It simply walks.
